Building USM Haller: A step-by-step guide

Step-by-step assembly
- You will need specific USM tools. You can find them in our shop.
- Start by lightly screwing four of the eight connectors onto the balls.
- Then, place the four 350mm tubes vertically onto these four connectors.
- Use a ratchet with an extension to tighten the connectors through the 350mm tubes.
- Next, assemble the pre-assembled frame with the remaining four connectors. Screw them on loosely again. You do not need to tighten the connectors extremely; lightly is sufficient.
- Carefully place the frame onto the four vertically mounted tubes.
- Change the ratchet attachment to tighten the frame. Note that this time you need to turn in the opposite direction - i.e., counter-clockwise.
- Now insert the four metal panels/shelves.
- When inserting the metal panels/shelves, make sure to start with one corner.
- Start at the back and then press the metal panel/shelf at the front and top.
- Once all four metal panels/shelves are in place, secure the top metal panel/shelf with screws.
