1. Introduction These terms of sale apply to all offers, sales and purchases of goods or services ("products") sold to you by Modula24 ("we", "us", "our").
2. Agreement By ordering a product from us, you agree to these terms of sale, our website terms of use and our privacy policy. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product has been shipped ("confirmation email").
3. Prices and availability All prices are stated in euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices stated at the time of ordering are valid throughout the entire purchase process. Although we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
4. Payment Payment can be made using the various payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is charged to your account and collected when we ship your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment account used belongs to you.
5. Shipping and delivery Products are shipped to the address you provide during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If the delivery of the products is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
6. Returns and refunds You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
7. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that may arise from the use of, or the inability to use, the products sold.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction These terms of sale and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
